KONČAR Electrical Industries Inc. is a joint-stock company with more than 4,000 domestic and foreign investors (funds, banks and private individuals from Croatia and abroad) who influence Company's operations through the General Assembly and the Supervisory Board, which appoints Management Board responsible for day-to-day management of the Company.

Constant changes and improvements of the business process organization are an imperative without which it would be impossible to maintain the pace of development.
