Founded in 1921, KONČAR nowadays consists of KONCAR - Electrical Industries Inc. and 20 dependent companies with 4274 employees and 1 affiliated company.
Annual sales account for 400 million euros, of which almost half are exports. Furthermore, during recent years KONČAR has delivered its products and plants to more than 100 countries in all the continents.

During the recent years, the most important KONČAR export markets have been Bosnia-Herzegovina, Germany, Slovenia, Macedonia, Serbia, Canada, Czech Republic, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands and others.
